                                  Director‘s Statement:
The Proletariat Film Club is a mysterious film club initiated by film researchers, filmmakers, film critics, delivery workers, and KTV service staff. Film is inevitably heading towards its demise. As the world shifts towards the right, proletarian cinema has become nearly impossible. With only enthusiasts of artistic spaces indulging in self-entertainment, large capital and the "red second generation" speak out for their own interests, diminishing the remaining functions of film. The Proletariat Film Club has realized that mainstream cinema cannot accommodate more voices. Does this mean the future of independent cinema is limited to being a niche interest for art enthusiasts in cafes and art spaces? Not at all. After exploration, the Proletariat Film Club decided to use new media to surround film, making our images accessible to more people. We cannot passively watch film die nor cling to outdated images. Under poor and helpless conditions, the Proletariat Film Club produced a series of AI experimental films at zero cost, distributed online in the form of short videos. We believe a spark can ignite a revolution. What the audience is seeing now represents the latest research findings of the Proletariat Film Club - zero-cost experimental films made using AI technology. These experimental films are not only suitable for artistic spaces but can also be disseminated on new media platforms, revolutionizing the realm of film. Since the mainstream industry does not offer any opportunities to proletarians and experimental images are confined to artistic spaces and cafes, and the "Kangmei Movement" is a thing of the past, new media is the only hope for proletarians. We will ensure that creative images keep film alive.
